Our most recent acquisition is the Pflege-Residenz-Beuren, not far from Stuttgart. The off-market deal with an investment of approximately 32 million euros includes the acquisition, refurbishment and expansion of the existing facility, which currently has two buildings. By 2025, a total of 166 single rooms and an area for assisted living of first-class quality will be created in three buildings. The Berlin-based Cosiq Group will take care of the health and well-being of the residents.
