Ilja Gop founded Auxenia RE in 2011, initially as a real estate service company with a focus on strategic and transaction-related consulting and asset management for the real estate classes residential in Berlin and healthcare throughout Germany. In subsequent years, he expanded the company to include co-investment. Previously, the ex-McKinsey consultant was managing partner and co-founder of the Berlin group Dr. Gop & Klingsöhr. Ilja Gop earned his doctorate in economics at Freie Universität Berlin and completed a post graduate degree in real estate economics at the European Business School, where he also lectured between 1995 and 1999.
